I just wanted to say what a great product .NET Memory Profiler is. It is very intuitive and easy to use. We used this product to help locate several nasty memory leaks that have been plaguing one of our ASP.NET applications. I have used AQTime and JetBrains dotTrace and your product was by far the best at easily identifying, understanding and resolving the memory leak. We were able to completely resolve our memory leak using your evaluation version but I purchased a license anyway to make sure we continue to use .NET Memory Profiler as an integral part of our application testing process.

I had tried Red Gate’s memory profiler also and a few other applications, but found yours much more intuitive, and was able to get up and running fixing the problems in minutes (apart from the one with the one form + children staying open), while I’d been missing around for days on other programs. I just wanted to thank you for writing such a brilliant application.

a) it's incredibly low footprint. Performance wise, with real time switched off (for obvious reasons) my code is running only 3-5 times slower than usual. Compared to any of the other (admittedly performance) profilers out there this is incredible. The other profilers I've run are up to FIFTY times slower. Amazing (particularly when I have startup routines that take a full minute to run, and the app was only failing after running for 20 minutes at normal speed. multiply that by 50 and it starts getting ridiculous)

b) the interface is clean, simple and easy to understand. I barely had to even glance at the manual to figure out how to use it

c) the ability to save and compare snapshots is simply genius.

The combination of the above factors has meant that in the space of perhaps an hour, I've achieved what I couldn't in a solid -week- of using every other tool I could lay my hands on.
