Load debug symbols

This setting is used to define when the profiler should try to load debug symbols for the loaded modules. If debug information is loaded, it is possible to show the source of methods when running within Visual Studio.

Usually, you only need to load debug symbols When running under Visual Studio, since the source can only be shown within Visual Studio. However, if you intend to use Visual Studio to open sessions created outside Visual Studio, then you might want to use the option Always to make sure that debug information is available in the session file. Loading debug symbols adds a little performance overhead. The overhead can be avoided by selecting the Never option.
